Q: Do you have all the right checks?
A: Yes! Jenny and her team all hold a current Working With Children’s check, public liability insurance and only use only professional Canon camera equipment.
Q: Do you take staff photos?
A: Absolutely! They are complimentary, and if you need some images to “refresh” your website we can do that to.
Q: Can we add something we love?
A: Not a problem, we can customise the order form to your specific needs or add something that has been popular amongst your families in the past.
Q: How long until we get our portraits back?
A: The whole process from the click of the camera to receiving your images takes around 6 weeks.
Q: Do you take sibling portraits?
A: Definitely! We are happy to take sibling portraits as well as friendship groups.
Q: My child has a bruise? If I want it removed can you do that?
A: No Problem – retouching is no charge, but you need to let us know what you want done when you order.
Q: HELP! My child was sick and missed their photo day!
A: Don’t worry – we are happy to come back.
Q: I missed the cut off date – can I still order?
A: Yes, you can contact us at any time to order, but you may incur a $15 postage fee.
Q: Sounds great, but can you provide us with references?
A: Absolutely! We pride ourselves on collecting compliments!
